Apt.

Uh, Beat Saber, [laughs] the one that crushes it on all platforms.

This is especially cool 'cause it's a shock drop and it's $1.99 on Quest and PC VR, and this is APT sung by Rosé and Bruno Mars.

Okay.

Which sounds like that's not really a big deal.

I

was looking at Bruno Mars saying to myself, As of course, the last music video that Rosie put out was the APT track that garnered 9.8 million views between Rosie and Bruno Mars fan bases collectively.

So whenever putting out a track called New Trick and it's already at 42 million views in five days, safe to say it is shaping up to be one of the biggest music videos of 2026.

Because when it comes to the actual Rosie impact on the music industry, you come to realize not only is Rosie a phenomenal musician, as we've talked about with the APT track being nominated for a Grammy, because I believe I actually covered that.

So that was the last time I covered her.

No, that was October 18th, 2024, where I talked about the APT track.

But basically, that track was nominated for a Grammy for Best Duo Track or something like that.

Basically, when it comes to Rosie and this particular track notoriously affecting the masses on the YouTube platform, she is not... a stranger to the success and of course when you look at the first day views it garnered 11.6 million views it reached 5 million views faster than any 2026 korea solo music video according to the objective analytics because you know we don't do fake news over here you know what i'm saying come on You ain't got to do all that, but definitely make sure to rate this five stars.

It's Stephanie Rainey in for Casey this morning on Red FM.

That is Rosé and Bruno Mars, "Apt." [upbeat music] Uh, Rory, Rory O'Hagan is standing here in front of me.

He was actually giving a little bit of a bop there to "Apt." I see.

You see that? I do like that.

The hips don't lie, like the hips don't lie there.

We are covering the first K-pop song, again, kind of technically, on the podcast.

But before we get on with, how do you pronounce it? APT? Because I've heard people call it APT, APTA.

I don't know.

How do you say

it? I've watched a couple of interviews where she's explained what it means, and she's always called it APT.

A-P-T.

Okay, because I've been saying Apata, like how they say it in the song, like how they say it in Korean, too.

But what can you tell me about this song?
