Keep in mind, Amgen has one of the drugs with an MFP for IPA 27.

So they have a product, Otesla, that is fair game for a rebate model.

So Amgen could potentially opt into a rebate model for Otesla.

But HRSA is very clear in that the manufacturers can't ask for more data than what's identified in the guidance document.

And counter data is not part of the data specifications that HRSA has granted for the rebate model.

So she was stunned to see, like, the Otezla and-

... uh, ads on TV.

And by the same token, they don't want to trade discomfort from their disease with discomfort from the drug, right? And so I think that's where we're kind of excited about what we're able to deliver to patients.

And maybe just to follow on there with, you know, to JD's point, I mean, we are seeing and do predict that very high degrees of efficacy sort of beyond what was seen with Apremilast.

You know, Apremilast was sort of limited by tolerability, as JD points out.

The Mufemilast study, the Hemapharma Mufemilast study, showed indication-leading efficacy, so 44% placebo-adjusted remission, with a dose response.

Now, they did start to see some pretty serious, you know, they saw a couple serious adverse events, they saw some AEs, but still, we think that we can get to that kind of similar kind of efficacy, but again, with a much more tolerable drug.
