But just to give you a bit of an idea of who he is, he holds a PhD in applied linguistics from the University of Carleton.

He completed postdoctoral fellowship in language revitalization at the University of Victoria.

He's now the indigenous language lead at Win Translation, a company that is located here in Ottawa in Canada, provides indigenous language services to various entities in the country, where he's building out the company's indigenous language capabilities and developing translators and community networks and essentially writing the playbook on what this kind of work look like inside of professional LSP when it comes to indigenous and minority languages.
