Apopa

... or the Headless Priest.

The legend tells of an old alley in the town of Apopa, Ahuachapán, El Salvador, where people avoid once the sun goes down.

Locals call it El Callejón El Corozo, or Corozo Alley, where the Headless Priest is said to appear to anyone walking alone at night down this alley.

According to legend, the priest committed a grave sin, and the church had him decapitated as punishment.
