Anton Cooper

Okay.

So like kind of endurance based but I grew up in an era of exceptional mountain bike athletes in New Zealand and Samuel Gaze and Anton Cooper that have gone on and Ben Oliver that have gone on to achieve success some incredible things on the world stage.

And I realized that I wasn't, you know, I was never going to get there.

And then I tried track cycling in the sprint side of things, so the really short distance, which is what I made my career in.

And we went and did stuff like Otago Rail Trail over three days and just smashed Raro and, you know, battled away and did it for fun.

And then I think I like did a cross-country running race or something with Anton Cooper, who people would know.

And then he asked me to like take my bike or something up to Hamner or something.

And I rode with him and then I went to another race with him.
