Antiphon

Help us, O Lord, to teach the beauty of Your ways, that yearning souls may find the Christ and sing aloud His praise.

In the psalm, at the beginning with the Antiphon, in my distress, I called on the Lord, and He heard my cry.

Psalm 118.

Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and will be forever.

Amen.

Repeating the Antiphon, In my distress I called on the Lord, and he heard my cry, Aliyah.

In the second Antiphon, The Lord's right hand has raised me up, Aliyah.

Amen.

The Lord has done great things for us.

He is the source of all our joy.

The second Antiphon.

May the Lord build our house and watch over our city.

Psalm 127 If the Lord does not build a house in vain, do its builders labor.

Lord, open my lips, and my mouth will proclaim your praise.

Lord Jesus, word of God, surrendering the brightness of your glory, you became man so that we may be raised from the dust to share your buried being.

May there be innumerable children of the church to offer homage to your name from the rising of the sun to its setting.

Repeating the Antiphon, From the rising of the sun to its setting may the name of the Lord be praised.

Psalm 61.

Lord Jesus, love and truth of the Father, you came to earth to relieve the pain of our exile.

You took our weaknesses as your own, uphold us when our hearts grow faint, until we stand with you before God and praise your name.
