Antioch

And if you're interested, kind of a funny story.

Bank of America owned it- They had listed it for a hundred and twenty thousand dollars in a town called Antioch, Tennessee.

And I did the numbers, and I offered them fifty-six grand.

And ten months goes by, the realtor that wrote the offer calls me and says, "Hey, do you remember that house on Piccadilly Road?" And I didn't, but she refreshed my memory and she says, "Well, it's yours if you want it." And we ended up selling it after it was repaired for one twenty.
