[gentle music] You're listening to Hymn from Silent Hill: Townfall, released September 24th, 2026, composed by Pilotpriest.

[gentle music] What's up, BG Maniacs? Welcome back to another episode of BG Mania, a video game music podcast, bonus episode number 80.

I, of course, am your host Brian, and you'll want to grab a blanket, dim the lights a little, and maybe peek out the window to make sure there's no fog creeping up the driveway because today we're heading back into Silent Hill, sort of.

But now it's time for our third block of tracks.

Let's take a break and take a listen to Pool from Silent Hill: Townfall.

Once again, this game released on September 24th, 2026, and everything you're hearing today was composed by Pilotpriest.

[ominous music] Coming up next, we're gonna take a listen to Gone from Silent Hill: Townfall.

Um, A- Akira, Akira did all of them, right? Uh, Yamaoka, he did, he did most...

The score introduced me to the dream synth pop stylings of Electric Youth, a duo from Ontario.

And the director of Come True, Anthony Scott Burns, also composed some of the music under the moniker Pilot Priest.

Like I said, hopefully I'll get around to doing a deep dive on this sometime next year.

But until then, I highly recommend checking out the score.
