Anoka-Hennepin School District 11

Yeah.

Um, most of our paras, uh, here in Anoka-Hennepin and at Blaine High School, they do work with, uh, um, children with, uh, um, disabilities.

I'm a secondary para.

I'm more teacher support than I am-

And so that puts these individual districts in a situation where they're coming having to come and basically be at the whim sometimes of school boards that don't want to continue that funding level and don't want to ask that.

Anoka-Hennepin School District, and this will lead into the insurance program in a moment, the Anoka-Hennepin School District, the largest school district in the state, almost went on strike in January for over health insurance and

funding,

right? And so if the largest school district in our state can't properly negotiate with health insurance companies to ensure that we have affordable health insurance for our teachers, then I don't know how any district in the state can.
