And I told the girls, I don't want you guys to be besties.
S
53:59Suzann PettersenGUEST
I'm not asking you to do that, but I've learned the most from my 5-6 competitors, like more than you can read in the book, like practicing next to Tiger, discussing like different like options of execution, practicing playing with like Yanni Tseng, Lorena Ochoa, Annika Sorenstam.
S
54:20Suzann PettersenGUEST
Yeah, we might be standing face to face going down the back nine on a Sunday in a major, but no sharing is also going to make you better as a competitor and you feel better i've always believed the second best players are the ones who are very protective and kind of holding back while the best ones they're also keen on like sharing because it's a good learning lesson for them as well so to kind of feel like you have each other's back and operate a little bit as a team bring some of those team elements from the greatness we've had in Solheim into the team and operate more as a team.
S
55:01Suzann PettersenGUEST
People are more unified together and I believe that's going to make them better.

R
6:20Robert D. MatherHOST
We saw Annika Sorenstam, oh gosh, probably about 20 years ago when she was just so far ahead of the LPGA players and so long off the tee and with her irons that she decided to compete with the men.
