So we see midwives who the, the daughter of the midwife is bringing into the world the daughter of the person that the midwife delivered, and that's, that's quite nice.

There's a lot of recommendations as well, so you see there's a kind of heartbreaking case with Henry More and Lady Anne Conway, where Henry More's relative is desperately ill, she's got cancer, and he pulls some strings to have a friend of Lady Conway, who's this big deal continental physician, um, send cures for this woman because he's heard that this guy is really good.

As it turns out, she probably would've been better with the local guy.

And that's sort of another question I had, which is, does efficacy play a role in trust? You know, if you go to a physician for something that they can't probably do anything about, does that affect the trust or the relationship between patient and physician?
