Annabel McGowanGUEST
Thank you for listening to this talk, produced by the Art Gallery of South Australia.

Annabel McGowanGUEST
I'd like to begin by acknowledging that we're meeting on the unceded lands of the Kaurna people and pay my respects to their elders, past, present and emerging.

Annabel McGowanGUEST
So I'm really excited to talk about this display from Access Collection today.

Annabel McGowanGUEST
It draws together about ten different women artists' work, all who were... working in relief printmaking, so woodcuts and linocuts, and who were really working at the forefront of modernism in Australia in the 1920s and 30s.

Annabel McGowanGUEST
And this period to me is so fascinating because there were so many different elements that came together to produce these kinds of works.
