And here there is the most extraordinary, surreal scene, which, in fact, the novelist Anna Zegers, who we've mentioned earlier, one of her best known novels is called Transit.

And it's actually set in Marseille.

And it's a very surreal novel about people trying to the process of trying to get out because it becomes a sort of exercise in Kafka as bureaucracy, where you have to have an exit visa from France and then an entry visa to someone else.
