What made you believe that words could actually change the shape of someone's life?
5:03
Such a powerful question.
5:04
So I was introduced really consciously, 'cause I do believe every single day we are evolving as human beings and spiritual beings having this human experience.
5:15
But I dove into the world of personal development around 2010, and that was through the work of Bob Proctor.
5:22
And we began working on subconscious reprogramming and a lot of the things that became our patterns and our beliefs that were programmed from between the ages of zero to seven that became over time who we are and how we show up in this identity today.
5:42
And so actually consciously understanding this was truly transformative.
5:47
And so when I became a mom a few years later after that, I realized that powering the next generation, our children, consciously through the power of words was something that I was definitely meant to do.

44 MINS LATER

50:22
Hmm
3:14
So I'm very curious to hear about what part of your ambition did you recognize as survival that later became alignment?
3:24
So good.
3:25
And I feel like you brought to me this shift in perspective of looking at you know, what I coined the traditional immigrant story into something of power.
3:37
Not that I was never proud of it, but it was really what led me to where I am today.
3:42
And so seeing it from a lens of, yes, this is in my body what felt like trauma that has led to success.
3:49
So we immigrated to Canada when I was six years old.
3:53
And growing up, I watched my parents, you know, two immigrant Polish parents work really, really hard when they were in their early 20s.

35 MINS LATER

39:07
So I want to know if this is something that you also witness as well.
10:51
Is it that we are all over that and we can actually do more by just being?
10:57
Absolutely.
10:58
And again, it was because this was our evidence.
11:02
If we wanted to achieve success, this is what we saw what success looked like.
11:06
And so what we've realized, though, in the process is it doesn't feel good in our bodies.
11:11
It leads to burnout.
11:13
It leads to sacrifice with all the other areas that are important to us and hold value in our life, like our families, our children, our health, our partnership, our, you know, all of that.

13 MINS LATER

24:23
So for lack of a better word, woo, when did you learn to really trust the woo and like abandon the, the, you know, the spreadsheet, the math, let's not math on it.
5:23
I almost want you to just take us on a bit of a journey of like that growth and evolution for you personally.
5:29
Mm-hmm.
5:29
Yeah.
5:30
You know, I think when you speak this truth, the core value, I, I had this ping of like core value, and my core value always through every single iteration and every single version of self and as I became a mother has always been freedom.
5:46
Like that is a true, deeply engraved core value that I hold.
5:51
And so every decision that I take, every step that I take, every, you know, move has always been connected to does this support this version, this vision of freedom? And freedom for me, and we talked a lot about truth and expression when you were on my, on my show, is like it's that feeling.
6:11
And so when you describe even the version of today, it was like driving a golf cart.

14 MINS LATER

19:49
But I do wanna hear this piece of, like, what was going on for you when you're first reaching out to these incredible women that you, that you really wanna have these conversations with.
13:42
... bringing that vision to life?
13:44
Such a great question.
13:45
I feel, you know, words like frequency and vibration, I feel like were phase two.
13:52
A- and when I say words, like, it's embodiment, right? But the words that we speak really is an embodiment of who I am.
13:59
I feel like that was phase two of personal growth.
14:01
It, you know, I started in the world of personal development in 2010.
14:05
I started with the works of Bob Proctor and, you know, you can create your own reality, you can create your own money belief systems.

16 MINS LATER

30:14
And I'd love to then pivot this into the conversation a- around your exit, and really what I'm more interested in talking about, 'cause you had, I mean, such a successful exit, so amazing and incredible, and then what? What was on the other side of that? And tell me about that identity shift and, you know, navigating stepping away from something that was so successful that checked all the boxes and more that you envisioned for this business, and then what's it like to be on the other side of that?
