Was she brought up in the faith in any way, do you know, or does it mention that?

No, as far as I could figure out, she wasn't brought up with any faith in particular.

She was baptised as an adult.

So when she converted, it was baptism.

So she certainly hadn't been baptised before.

I got the impression that if there was any religious faith in the family, it was minimal.

So, yeah, no, the conversion came about in her, I think it was in her 20s, along a difficult process that at one point she was involved in a relationship with a guy with whom she had her only child.

So would you recommend this, Anna, to somebody outside of the faith, perhaps, for them to come closer to Jesus?
