Ann Maxwell

... gonna, not making people happy.

The four and a half star top picks are Innocent as Sin by Elizabeth Lowell, and Into the Dark by Cindy Gerard, and that makes sense, 'cause Elizabeth Lowell, Lowell likes, writes great books.

I picked, on page 82, Running with the Devil by Lorelei James.

Lorelei James.

I loved those books.

I loved Elizabeth Lowell's medieval trilogy.

It was four books and her Wild Wild West books.

And oh, my gosh.

Currently reading It

for the second or third time.

Because I love the way that he tells his stories, even though a lot of the time, like the Joanna Lindsay and the Elizabeth Lowell, they aren't 100% PC.

They haven't, because books are a static piece of media, which is what I love about them more than anything.

So the deal with this book is her name's Lisa.

His name's Rye McCall, and he is your typical Elizabeth Lowell hero.

Everybody is after my money.

Women can't be trusted.

Women are terrible.

They're all gold diggers.

Women are terrible is Elizabeth Lowell's core story.

Yes, right? For all her heroes.
