Anime Expo

And I finally figured it out.

Oh, it made me feel like being at Anime Expo when you're sitting like in between panels and Like you're staying in the same room in between two panels because you just finished the main content song, you know, song cuts off ends, whatever.

And then the song like picks up kind of like in the middle, like fades in and then fades out.

It's kind of like the music that just plays in the background while they're in between panels.

Absolutely.

They said this is going to be permanent because they usually have a pop-up store within the Toy Animation booths at the Anime Expos.

Or I say Anime Expos specifically 2024.

But we did that and I'm super happy and proud.

And I was very, very anxious and afraid before the first screening during Anime Expo and us showing all the character designs because it is so different.

season one was very beautiful.

The colors were different, the lines, like, all that.

i'm really glad that you stuck to your guns because i think we would have gotten into a fight if you were like uh we have to revive david and he's going to be the protagonist of edgerunners 2 because i hate like that my personal opinion i don't like when characters come back to life after you very obviously kill them

Yeah, I mean, they could if you have a proper idea for it.

But, you know, what was why I had doubts, because at first, I don't know, one year before that Anime Expo, everyone on social media was writing, bring David back.

You can do that this way, in that way.

And I actually sent an email out to the contact page.

I haven't heard back, but I'm hoping to get a table and be at Anime Expo this coming July.

But I think one of my, definitely one of my plans for next year, I do want to go back to Anime Expo 'cause I went in 2024, and I think they'll have stuff for 2027 for sure because yeah.

I, I agree with you, but then you know what? I've had a couple of times where I've been like, especially this year, this year was the one that I was like really kicking myself.

If you were able to get in line, was there anything that you would have wanted to pick up?

Just the acrylic magnet more than anything.

I think, uh, it would have been nice to have the shirt, but I was also like, there wasn't, like, a design for it, and the meta- and the poster, I already had my poster from Anime A- uh, from Anime Expo, and, like, of the, of the, of the box art, and it's much more cleaner than the one they had there, so I was just like, yeah.
