And then right next door to that, you get the Disney Junior Mickey Mouse Clubhouse live show, and then right across from that you have Mickey's PhilharMagic.

So you have a lot of things right there in one section of the park where you can spend several hours pretty much, you know, in close succession indoors during the heat of the day.

So this might be the place to go.

This is definitely the place where somebody with a stroller who's got a kid napping [laughs] will, will want to retreat to.

And then we're covering all six episodes of Zerom the Animation.

So,

Xerom the Animation is a story that is a prequel to the live-action movie, Xerom, that rocks about Iria, who is a bounty hunter in training, who over the course of the...

the series kind of becomes a full bounty hunter, but at that point, that's not what she cares about.

He should be bigger, actually.

Animation-wise, they drew a cell with his ice slide and him moving onto the roof on top of this existing... cell of you know them

So in 2014, the rights were acquired by Heavy Metal, specifically executives Jeff Krelitz and David Boxenbaum, to produce a feature-length animated film.

Which sounds awesome.

And their structural approach was incredibly encouraging for fans.

But then, in 2014, the unthinkable happens.

Robin Williams passed away.

It was a devastating cultural loss, and obviously it brought production on the Chew animated film to a complete halt.

Absolutely tragic.

That was the basics of cartoons.

Now let's differentiate this from animation itself.

Animation is a filmmaking technique where sequential images or physical objects are manipulated and played in rapid succession to create the visual illusion of movement.

And the word animation is derived from the Latin word animatio, which means the bestowing of life.

Now we understand what we're talking about when it comes to cartoons and animations, but most people use these terms interchangeably, especially in the modern era.

And then Felix went on to star in multiple television shows, comic books, and feature films, such as Felix the Cat the Movie in 1988.

But because of copyright laws, the earliest silent versions of Felix the Cat entered the public domain in the United States in 1994, though the character's name and modern iterations remain heavily trademarked.

In 2014, DreamWorks Animation acquired the trademark and copyrights to Felix the Cat, and in 2002, TV Guide ranked Felix the Cat number 28 on its list of 50 Greatest Cartoon Characters of All Time.

It was published in a literary magazine and was very widely read, and so the story was well-known, by the Japanese population of the 60s.

And many people had come and tried to approach the director about making a live-action film, and it was only Ghibli that said, we want to make an animated film of this.

And it was so unusual, but he said, oh, that actually makes sense, because the only way that you could faithfully recreate these scenes of 1945 would be through illustration.

And Roger Ebert points this out as well.
