If we start maybe with Angus, based on your sort of long ex- sort of history with ultra distance, um, what in your opinion constitutes an ultra?
57:30
Well, uh, well, this is sort of the, the golden question, isn't it, really? You know, why we're here.
57:36
Um, and I've been thinking about it since you asked me to come on the podcast, and I've been talking about it with other people, and lots of people have different opinions.
57:44
My first thought was it's an event where, like, where you need to sleep, or, like, need to sleep is really the... where I first, like, you know, thought straight away.
58:00
But then thinking of counter examples, 'cause you know, you mentioned Dale's Divide, is I feel that Dale's Divide is very much an ultra as opposed to a gravel race, and, you know, the top half of the field don't sleep in Dale's Divide.
58:12
Um, so then you start thinking about, well, is it an event where you need to have some kind of resupply along the way? Um, because even in something like Dale's, you know, you probably could go all the way carrying all your nutrition from the start, but it's not gonna be the optimal way.
58:33
Um, whereas, you know, I think that, you know, shorter gravel races, you can pretty much carry everything you want from the start.

Uh, what else were your major takeaways from taking part in, in an event of that nature?
22:48
All in favor of beating him with shuffleboard cues, say I. I.
22:53
Yeah.
22:54
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
23:13
Attention, Rock Meadow residents, Yacht Rock Manor is now open.
23:19
Woo, would somebody tell the Starchild what the hell that was? [door opens]
