Angie Martinez

Coco Chanel.

Who was the third one? Angie Martinez.

Angie Martinez was on that? Yes.

Wait, hold on.

It was Coco, Angie, and I forgot Angie

Let me tell you how

bad it was.

They was hounding them so much, they had to make a special entrance for Angie Martinez.

But I think, yeah, if you're not talking about Kanye and not talking about like a rock nation or Rockefeller reunion type thing, I think Nas is like the best kind of.

looking at that moment and thinking back to where they were and thinking of Hovon with Angie Martinez and being like you guys got from there to the Super Bowl that's a gigantic moment for me again at least

yeah no I think I think that'd be a huge moment

but like what we do also what kind of hit you know what I mean like I don't know if that's like is that again for just for us

So like Janet, for example, I would have never asked her to do a record.

That happened because she was on Angie Martinez's interview in Hot 97 during her Velvet Rope tour for that Velvet Rope album.

And she was doing an interview to promote a show she was doing at Madison Square Garden to promote that album.

And Angie Martinez asked her, What hip-hop artist would you like to work with that you've never worked with?

And she says, you.

Watched the rhymes and almost crashed and almost fucked up about two other people's cars.

Mobb Deep was on it, Q-Tip was on the song.

The entire Hot 97 staff, Scribble, Ed Lover, Angie Martinez, they were all on the song.

We kept having new guests every year, which kept it alive, kept it fresh.

People look forward to the new version of it.

I think it's awesome that people get to see an emotional side of you and a very personal side of you as well.

I watched all of that Angie Martinez video interview.

It was very good.

You watched

You know, that was a word.

It does with Angie.

Yeah.

Shout out to Angie

Martinez.

Hey, Angie.

She's a wonderful, wonderful human being.

Yes.
