It's a good question.

I'll say...

Before I really look into using the ChatGPT or all those AI tools, really understanding what the client's questions and problems are and not getting too over ahead of myself.

A lot of times it's not like the clients don't have those same tools.

So really understanding what they're really trying to solve right because sometimes uh you know you're not there to make them make yourself sound too smart right you don't want to send them a whole bunch of uh information and overwhelm them right so always trying to see hey uh how can i provide them a bring them clarity, right? Bring them, be the guy, right? That's kind of like the objective, not trying to overload them with information.

So really, you know, not really send them like pages of pages of information.

So yeah, I'm curious what you've built from that client experience, customer experience that you feel makes your service really stand out.
