Andy Roddick was the last American to win the US Open 23 years ago this week.

Okay.

Geez.

So it was hard to watch after a while.

Um, but yeah, obviously funny video or a funny movie and having Ben Stiller, you know, loves tennis and, and, and getting involved and, Obviously, Roddick was involved and some other people.

But, yeah, I mean, good exposure, bad exposure.

If you want to try to make fun of the sport, it's still out there.

It really would have been better with anybody.

So what do we do? We listen on mute.

I must say there was some hope this year because the comment section for most posts on Zarev throughout the U.S. Open passed the vibe check, which I was very happy to see because in the past that has not been the case.

Ben Shelton talked about this as well because reportedly he bounced that ball for almost two and a half hours in total over the entire tournament.

Yeah.

Andy Roddick said it best.

You can't bounce that ball 20-something times between first and second serves and then act shocked when we finish at three in the morning.

But Fan Week, of course, which is their new initiative that they launched a few years ago now, And it's really nice to have fans come in for free and be able to witness so many different players and so much different interactions.

Roger Federer was here last week and it was awesome to see the Swiss maestro here play that exhibition match with Andy Roddick.

Roger won that 6-3.
