Well, it's echoes of, I watched an interview this week with current Spurs player Andy Robinson talking about Jota's death and actually the impact that had on the Liverpool team.

You said something sort of implied there are days when people just decided, like, we're not going to train today.

And then, like you said, bang, there's a little opening and he's gone.

right and he gets down the sides and he mightn't cross it he might just play it back to the winger that's behind him and but what's happened he's shifting people around and he's doing that on his terms whereas when you watch kirk has it is you're right it's a million miles an hour everyone he's trying to keep up with his own his brain is trying to keep up with his body and then everyone else around him is trying to work out what the fuck's this fella doing whereas i think if he just sat down and watched andy robertson playing left back without people Andy Robinson didn't dominate games or run around like a fucking mad joke watch him he picks his times to go he picks his times to go he picks his times to cross it play it back to the you know if he gets beyond the winger he plays it back to the winger he might go all the way back to Virgil and he just keeps recycling the ball and eventually he'd get in good positions and he'd get a lot of assists off it the goal off it And it wasn't like you're going, he's running the game left back.

He wasn't.

But because he was so considered in what he was doing, he was always in the right place.
