you set a record for longest service name when that came out, by the way?
6:24
I'm sure McKinsey has us beat somewhere there, but at least for internal services, I think it might be the longest name that this company offers.
6:31
Yeah.
6:32
So the Adara service, our primary objective there was to create value for our Adara clients by extracting defensive value out of the graph, me and Rohan doing that personally.
6:47
And as we were doing that, we started to learn a lot of really hard lessons.
6:54
For example, you cannot see all attack paths.
6:59
You cannot read all attack paths.

12:14
We didn't just leave you hanging.
23:16
And more than double that went up by a factor of like 5 to 10.
23:19
Yeah.
23:20
And there were huge design decisions we had to make at that time.
23:24
Like, are we going to include the deny aces? Are we going to try to parse a dackle in canonical order? Are we going to take into account generational distance of inherited aces? And I remember at that time, Rohan and I were operating together quite frequently on red team assessments.
23:42
Actually, I was his manager for a time at that time.
23:47
And we decided the environments that we're going into, which were very hard targets and very big organizations, They didn't really have any deny aces.
23:57
They didn't really have a lot of conflicting inherited aces to worry about.

So
2:31
Mm.
2:31
You know, as a coach, when I'm working with leaders, I mean, what I'm looking to do is to help them show up in the way that they want to be seen, that's gonna allow them to fulfill the things that are important to them and the people around them.
2:48
You know, as a leader, if it's a difficult situation, showing up with calm and poise and confidence.
2:55
You know, and as a photographer, you can kinda look at that as the role of creating an image, a picture, and I think a lot of photographers are looking for, "I wanna create a nice image, something that looks nice." But there's such a greater opportunity here to create an image which, again, really, um, reinforces how a leader comes over and how they want others to see them.
3:28
I mean, oftentimes, you know, our images are the first thing that people see about us, whether that's on LinkedIn or, uh, on a resume or you're going to a conference.
3:42
And whether we believe it or not, that creates an image of how we believe that person's going to be.
3:51
And, you know, what I've realized here is sort of blending my sort of coaching background around creating presence with my headshot photography passion really allows me to sort of get a little bit more intentional and perhaps, uh, granular here in terms of, you know, what sort of people am I working with, and how do they want to show up? What's important to them? How, how would they want others to see them? It might be an executive who is in transition.
