It'd be, it'd be great to hear maybe what you've seen from schemes around the UK.

I think the big message is, is it's not a one size fits all.

I think if you think about all the different roles and jobs and sectors across the, the UK economy, whether it's pharmaceuticals, finance, banking, manufacturing, um, even you, you can get into universities, research facilities, whatever.

All those different sectors and the different professions within those sectors need something different.

Not everybody needs, needs all of it.

I think you've also got some brilliant, um, examples of the best in, in different cities, in, in the different regions, depending on the transport networks and the infrastructure that's in place.

City center locations compared to out of town locations might be slightly different.
