Andy Mann

anyway so thank you very much for everybody for listening that's another episode of Old Castle Rock Podcast thanks for sticking with us your support genuinely keeps this whole thing moving if you want to stay connected make sure you follow us on Facebook Instagram threads believe it or not at Old Castle Rock Podcast and on X and Twitter at Old Castle Rock Pod join the chat share your stories and be part of the community and before we do wrap up we want to touch on something close to home men's mental health mental health in general to be honest Football teaches us a lot about life, the big wins, the turf defeats, the weeks where everything clicks, like the three dots, and the ones where nothing goes your way.

But just like in football, if you're not meant to face tough spells on your own, you're going through a dip in form, feeling the pressure, or carrying something heavy, there are places you can turn to, such as Andy Mann's club, offers a space where men can talk openly, honestly, without judgement, breathing space, is there when you need someone to listen to your difficult moments, and the Samaritans are always available at any time, day or night, when you need a calm and supportive voice.

Reaching out isn't weakness, it's the same strength it takes to step back onto the pitch after a hard match.

Support is there, and you deserve it.

But yeah, so they could have done it, but they just, they just didn't have the appetite to do it.

Um, Chris Roberts says, "A further issue with the change of ownership would be the potential replacements of the CEO and his recruitment team, which would create further turmoil." And Andy Mann says, "Ezzy Howe is the obvious answer, uh, for potential new manager for his style and manner, but it is a risk and nothing to say it would work." Um, he says that "Dyche and Moyes are both negative, or were negative before they got here.

Howe isn't, and is a blue," apparently.

Yeah, yeah.
