And And at Inter, they use him as a right wing back.

And that's something that Andy Diouf has to understand, that he's going...

How funny is that, right? First he says he wants to play centre-mid instead of right-wing-back, and then he doesn't even get to play right-wing-back.

But also the midfield team because he's brought in Como midfielder Lucas De Cunha, who I think is a really intriguing player, Inter Milan's Andy Diouf, and Toulouse keeper Guillaume Rest set for debut.

But two things here that I find intriguing.

Diouf has basically come out in the last few weeks and been like, "I don't wanna keep playing at right wing back for Inter.

That's where I came over for.

It's, it's the kind of the job I wanted.

That's where I'm aiming to get back to." And Zidane was asked about Andy Diouf being in the squad.

He was like, "Yeah, I wanna see him at left back."

And you see one defender in the box and three attackers, and it's this huge numerical disadvantage.

You have Andy Diouf running to go for a counterattack-

... because he thought Lautaro Martínez was gonna win the ball in that duel.

And they kind of came back against Roma this weekend, and that is the main talking point of the week.

uh or sorry of of interseason so far and and as kiwa himself stated that you know you have to do well in two phases with the ball and without the ball and we need to improve without the ball um it's it's it's it feels like this um you know we shouldn't underestimate a couple of things that pep martinez is a new goalkeeper and you know he it takes time for him and the and the new and the defense to kind of find their feet together but uh there are you know if the other games were completely down to unforced errors this was a collective mistake um Maybe more so the second goal, the first goal, Andy Diouf and his positioning is a story that will continue to plague Inter until he understands to naturally interpret that role as a wide right wing back.

Zinedine Zidane wants to play him as a left wing back or a left back.

Even a guy like Andy Diouf, who's been the starter as Jed Spence is, uh, is injured again, um, rewarded with a call-up to the French national side as well.

Um, I thought he played very well.

Um, Inter do look a step ahead, uh, from, from everybody else.
