When I came to the firm, we were probably less than, close to 100 people, and now we're close to 7,000 people.
Andy CohenGUEST
So I had a very unique perspective on our firm, and it all started with, as Elizabeth was talking about, Art Gensler's entrepreneurial approach, and I had the opportunity to become head of the LA office in, in the early '90s, and then in 2005, I became co-CEO with my partner Diane Hoskins of the firm.
Andy CohenGUEST
We knew when Art was stepping down that there can only be one model that would work, and that's a co-leadership model.
Andy CohenGUEST
In fact, in our firm, we have two leaders that are leading every office, every practice area.
Andy CohenGUEST
Throughout our firm, we believe so strongly in co-leadership 'cause if everyone has aces and spaces, when people come together with different aces, that's when the sparks fly.
