Andy Beach

We literally just went into my turn, and I showed them all my hand and said, "I got a million counter spells and a Breach and, and enough cards to, to be able to seal it up and double tutor," and, and Ty just said, "Yeah, we're good." So that was a, a- an excellent feather in the cap.

Round two gave me a ton of confidence going into round three, um, which was Andy Beach, me, Jake Balangi, and Zack Shepard.

This game is, can be affectionately called a buzzsaw, because I'm playing against a two-time Indy finalist, the GOAT, the Jammer, Jake B on blue farm, and then Zack Shepard, the, the kid basically just taking down tournaments left and right.

Um, and you know, my little, my little ass is in rou- in seat two.

And then I think he had the game won before that even.

He had established that loop, um, but he just didn't realize it till he got back to his turn, so he just went back to his turn and untapped and won.

Um, so he was the final person in the pod for us in the final four, which was Andy Beach in seat one, Sweeney in seat two, me in seat three, and then Jonathan, the Rock Drest player, in seat four.

Um, the game was relatively quick.

But the one thing I thought was really interesting is you're a, Nobody knows anything about you.

So you're just a casually, for people who don't know, Andy Beach, you were in all three invitationals.

And the first two, you were top four?

Yeah.

It's just one of those things.

Andy Beach wrote in, and turns out I had a misunderstanding of the AWS news on multi-streaming.

Andy says, Tom had the instinct right, but the mechanism backwards.

which is a very nice way of Andy writing.

And that person above them might be getting mad because the person above them is getting mad.

And that goes all the way to what Brian just said.

Thank you, Andy Beach, though, for that explanation.

That is very helpful.

Now, I sat there and watched the finals of the 2025 Invitational in person because I was all invested.

Andy Beach is one of my closest friends in the game, and so he was in the finals.

So I really wanted to watch him and experience that in person.

But...
