So, first of all, victory is something which usually assessed over a period of time by historians who look at the whole complex of issues.

So whether a country survived through the crisis, whether it won or not politically, because obviously war is an attempt to reach political goals.

So victory is very complex.

Actually, you know, military people, they don't like to use the word victory.

We are bringing this to many of them, and we see this reluctance because usually military, they're thinking in terms of operations.
