We, we were y- uh, we were earlier with extreme programming, if you, if you heard about this, extreme programming and, uh, um, pair programming, and, uh, we, we, we really fall in love with that.

And I thought that it would work.

It continue to work, actually, but, um, no. It's, like, as, uh, software become more complex, uh, uh, harder and harder to develop, uh, developers become more, um, specialized on their stuff, and AI allow us to, uh, to pick more roles, like, um, to do code review, to do quality assurance, or to do some, uh, requirements, uh, actually.

And, um, usually teams contain, like, uh, business analyst, developers, uh, testers, testers, and, uh, people who d- uh, responsible for deploy, and so on.
