I think from the real estate space, I've been fortunate enough to start working with a couple, like, top producers in different areas who have become friends, and then they're, you'll, you know, that, that's where you stay current on, okay, this is where AI actually plugs and plays with, within the real estate transaction.

But the, the AI implementation in title agencies, because I believe, like Mark Cuban came out and said it a few months ago, like there's gonna be two types of companies: those that are really great at AI, and then the companies that they put out of business.

And with where AI is advancing and what is perfectly capable now, I still see such a lag in our industry, and it kinda reminds me when I first joined the title industry, it was like Tim and I still felt like in a lot of ways it was still back in the, in the '90s with some of the paper processes, and picking up paper policies-
