Um, but talk about that transitioning, um, at a later stage in an entrepreneur career, uh, from one asset class to another.

Yeah.

So I think, I think he had wanted to make the transition.

Specifically, he felt like he was not ders- diversified enough 'cause he had three mobile home parks in New Jersey, and he, he just didn't really like the regulatory path that New Jersey was on, and some of these, um, you know, blue states in the Northeast are kind of starting to really take on just more restrictive stances in terms of rent control and things like that.

So he really wanted to diversify away from that.

For a while, he'd had that seed.

Once I came into the business and I was able to take stuff off his plate and also facilitate this transition, he was all about it.

But talk about, like, your first 12 months, what you asked, uh, what you did.
