So I guess that gives some context for the fact that I'm a comparative law person, and my origins are in data privacy and data protection, but from a comparative EU-US perspective.

And I've been teaching AI law as a lecture course now at Colorado for three years, and have the pleasure of announcing that our casebook, Paul Ohm, Andrew Selbst, and my casebook, AI Law, is going to be out in hard copy as of the spring semester.
