... thinking about, um, wondering how they might integrate it, um, wondering and considering how it will enhance their business.

Um, also conscious of, um, what they may lose, um, in, in ap- in approaching it or adopting it too fast or what mistakes may be made.

Some, some would be charging headfirst and, um, failing forward and all these things behind it.

Um, we-- firstly, we, we wanted to make sure that we had-- have robust policies around the use of it.

Um, so, um, we've had several discussions at, at board level, um, around that, um, and at executive leadership team level around, um, uh, how we might adopt it, um, so that it doesn't just sort of permeate the business and, and run wild among people, 'cause everybody can get access to AI quite easily now through their various, um, devices at home, of course.

So, um, so, you know, procedures and policies around, um, how our IT team in particular has been testing a number of AI platforms, um, to see which one may work best for us.

I, I'd like to ask you one question before we wrap, and that is if, if in your journey, both inside the business and before you joined the business, if you were to give your younger self one piece of advice, what would that be?
