I guess what I feel, and this is something that I guess transitions me directly into the kind of thing I'd like you to address, is that the governance model of how Bitcoin's protocol changes seems to be, it's slow and it's a good thing, but it seems to be a bit slow in that it's almost impossible to get, like, do you really feel that Segwit's going to come through with the 95%? agreement of the vote and if not, how does Bitcoin move forward?
45:42
Um, I, I, okay.
45:45
So I do feel the segwit is, I'm still optimistic.
45:49
I do feel the segwit is going to get activated with a 95% threshold.
45:53
If it's needed, and if enough people see that it is needed, and see the benefits that come from some of the technologies that can be built after Segwit.
46:04
Because Segwit is really an enabler, and I think looking at it as a scaling technology is wrong.
46:10
It was proposed as part of that.

Is this a systemic risk to Bitcoin in the long term?
18:38
Well, first of all, I don't think it's a trend that is a long-term trend, because I think some of the fundamentals have changed dramatically.
18:47
It's not surprising to me that transactional volume is coming primarily from China.
18:54
It's something that three or four years ago, in the very early days of Bitcoin, I had predicted.
19:00
I said, you have to appreciate the fact that if Bitcoin starts becoming a global phenomenon... then it will represent the average person.
19:10
And the average person is a 23 year old Han Chinese male.
19:14
That is the average person on the planet.

And how do you spend your time? And as someone trying to get in, how do you catch up?
