The first thing that popped into my head was when I was an orientation leader in college.

So a lot of my foundations, I think, go back to college and my foundations in this work.

I was an orientation leader.

Typical orientation leader, chore guide, pipeline to admissions counselor, very typical.

And I did my first summers in orientation leader going into my junior year.

And then I applied to be a second year orientation leader and I ended up not being selected.

What's the first, I'll say, step or how should somebody think about, I'll say, the process of starting to try to understand if the opportunity exists and where they might fit in that equation with their leadership group?
