After that, I think Makacharamba, Andre de Grasse, you could see Yassin, though he didn't do as well at the Brussels Diamond League.

You have Dambile, you have Lezile, who have run faster than 19.8. Makacharamba, he ran 19.8 this year, 19.88 as a personal best.

Andre de Grasse, he's run 19.6, but that's some years ago.

This year, he ran 19.8.

He's still accelerating at 50 meters probably, but it's like a transition.

Most coaches split it up into acceleration, transition, and upright.

Dambile just continues the consistency all throughout the year.

I was randomly watching a race, a track and field race, as I do, on YouTube, and he was in it.

I was like, "Oh, there's Andre De Grasse." And also I said he was more in 2016.

He won a gold in 2021.

Um, just to highlight the second heat of the men's 100, you had Kenny B, Andre De Grasse, Ajai, though he got the automatic qualifying spots, and then Emmanuel Esome, he got the last qualifying spot.

This semi, this heat was drastically slower, right? You're talking about 10.03 and then three 10, 10.07s compared to the first heat, and they, this heat had, uh, plus 1.2 wind compared to the first heat which had, you know, plus 1.9 wind, so not drastically different.

And then you have Oblique Seville running 9.90, and all these guys running, you know, sub 10, five guys.

But Oblique, this is about Oblique Seville, right? Like, obviously he's had a couple different races throughout the years, throughout the year that have gone very, very well.

So for example, like the Jamaican National Championships, the Monaco Diamond League, and then others where he's done well, but or he's either done well or he's kind of, like, not finished, um, as well.

So for example, the meet in Texas where he finished third place to Trayvon and Andre De Grasse.

Um, the Prefontaine Classic, he actually did really well, what, a week or so after Jamaican National Champs, but he lost to Ajai.

He says-

Andre- we only hired Andre De Grasse for an hour.

And I can't imagine that the skeleton teams, bobsledding teams, whatever it is, spend a lot of time with the track and field teams.

I don't think their paths would have crossed, but it's cool that they obviously recognized Andre and it was like a big deal for him to meet Andre de Grasse, our legend.

In fifth, Sheila and Shiana, tough day for them, ups and downs, but I think they're probably so happy to have made it back to fifth.
