So when that happened, that gave more estrogen for the fibroids to grow, even more than the ovary made.

So we would shut that down with a drug called Arimidex.

It's something we use for breast cancer too.

Orinastrazole, they're the same drug.

They didn't need an ESR1 mutation to enter.

The comparison was Kami Zestrant against Anastrozole, each with palbocyclib.

AstraZeneca reported a numerical improvement but hasn't disclosed its size, so we can't tell how far the trial fell short.

Success would have supported use from the start, without waiting for that mutation.

We get the pituitary to kind of jumpstart again.

And then we give them Arimidex and Astrozole to stop the testosterone from aromatizing to estrogen.

I get the testosterone from 100 to 600 with a low dose of these drugs that are all generic, right?

If you're past the age of fifty and we need breast cancer chemoprophylaxis, we begin to entertain the idea of aromatase inhibitors like anastrozole, uh, letrozole, uh, exemestane, or fulvestrant.

So I'm gonna say that again.

Anastrozole, letrozole, exemestane spelled as E-X-E-M-E-S-T-A-N-E, right? Exemestane or fulvestrant, F-U-L-V-E-S-T-R-A-N-T, fulvestrant, right? Because again, those things, right, they're reducing the production of estrogen because remember, aromatase converts androgens to estrogens.

You're literally reducing the production of estrogen.

By reducing the production of estrogen, then you won't drive the proliferation of cancers that are estrogen receptor-positive, like a breast cancer, for example.

That's more typical.

Another thing that's really important is that people have traditionally blocked estrogen by increases while doing this by taking an aromatase inhibitor, Nulvidex, Arimidex, these kinds of things.

That almost often is a bad idea, almost often, because having enough estrogen around allows you to maintain cognitive function, and libido.

A lot of guys think it's just, you know, and it is true if estrogen is very high and testosterone is very low, libido can suffer.

20 to 30 milligrams every other day or so.

There's a lot of variation around this.

And then not doing anything to reduce aromatase or if they are taking very low doses, not one milligram of Arimidex, but maybe something like 0.1 milligrams of Arimidex every third day or so.

Again, not a recommendation, talk to your doctor.

And even bloating and stuff like that.

So it might be a good idea to add a DHT here and then you can actually drop the Arimidex because the DHT would help.

So something like Proviron, even 10 or 20 milligrams a day, it doesn't have to be a lot, would be a really strong thing that I personally would recommend along with any Nandrolone.

And it will help the whole cycle run more smooth regardless.
