Yeah, there are differences for sure.

Of course, startups learn from the larger pharmas.

I think there's benefit for large pharmas learning from smaller companies as well.

So the smaller companies are smaller.

They work more And I don't mean that in a negative way, but rather that they are much more aware of cost and versatility and they have less roles.

One person does two or three different roles.

For some of those leaders and entrepreneurs trying to implement AI strategies today, what advice would you give them to ensure their efforts are tied to measurable business outcomes rather than just experimentation? Do you have any thoughts for us there?
