Anacortes

No, I mean, you know, it's kind of, I feel like, It's going to be deja vu from last week and week one, but it's almost a trend now because you're three weeks in and teams are starting to become kind of who they are a little bit.

These penalties and overcoming them, they're obviously able to overcome them with the amount of talent they have early in the season against good teams, but the question with Tumwater and a program like that is where are you going to be come November? And you can get past these penalties right now, but you're not probably, you're either not going to be able to, or it's going to be a hundred times harder come November when you're playing Anacortes, Archbishop Murphy, some of these other top two A's that have been there, done that the last few years, right up there to the end with Tumwater.

But I mean, you still can't really complain too much.

48-12, another dominant win.

Is Archbishop in Anacortes up there as well?

well for shows yeah yeah there's they do little ones here around here um I've been seeing a lot more.

Bastions, I believe, is doing one very soon over in Anacortes.

They're bringing

the live act in.

I think as we talked about, I'm in the Pacific Northwest.

And so Erin from Floret, her farm, I think is near Anacortes, which is where my family had camped for many years when our kids were small.

And Erin just does such a beautiful job, like demonstrating her love for flowers, but in particular dahlias, right? And so I very quickly got like pulled right into that, And then right after the dahlias, it became, well, Erin grows from seed, right? So I had grown dahlias from tubers and that was great.

But I right away was like, I have to try this.

And so you're seeing Mosby follow a lot of the same beats playing in the Seattle area.

Obviously Fogle was farther North and Anacortes, but playing in the Pacific Northwest, playing for Seattle select on the Adidas circuit, playing well, and then parlaying that into an opportunity to transfer, to go play with better teammates and against better competition.

Fogle goes to Arizona, Mosby goes to Florida, but still a similar trajectory.

Now, where it would be a very helpful trajectory for Mosby is if he does what Fogle did, which is grow five inches in high school from six, two to six foot seven so far has not happened for Mosby, at least not that I am aware of for him, but obviously a little bit of growth maybe wouldn't, wouldn't hurt the way that it certainly helped make Fogle a more dynamic player.

Obviously his path went through Houston, but he's still a local kid.

Obviously they're recruiting Jalen Davis.

Davis Fogle is from Anacortes.

Cade Orness was a walk-on, but he was from the north side of the state or the west side of the state as well.

Where am I going? I'm going back to the West Coast.

I'm going actually up into northern Washington State, up into Anacortes.

I'm going to a conference there.

And then where else am I going? I'm going to Milwaukee.

And then, of course, I'm going on my cruise.

And then the rest of the year will be spent planning where I'm going next year.

Anacortes is amazing.

Yeah, I'm looking forward to it.
