She also dances with her 14-year-old and danced as a child.

But I've always said I want to talk to dancers who dance with other organizations other than CLRG.

We know CLRG is like the biggest organization, but I'm really excited to talk to Erin about what it's like to dance with her daughter and what it's like to dance for CRDM.

Even if that, maybe it was once a year.

Okay.

And what organization were you guys with? We actually were CLRG.

Yes

... from CLRG, from Cogol, from CRN, festival-style, um, all teaching together.

And it's like, so you have not just these different perspectives from the organizations, but you know, even within the same organization in different parts of the world, competitions are conducted quite differently, right? So you do have a lot of different perspectives.

Um, like right now I've been m- I've been looking at a lot of Australian competitions within CLRG.

They look very different than the North American competitions, right, in a lot of ways, and, like, the syllabuses look really different.

So, you know, I think-

... and celebrated, which has been really interesting.

Festival dancing as well.

She's very, very involved in ASP, which is the Association for Applied Sports Psychology.

That's basically the CLRG of performance psychology is ASP, A-A-S-P.

You can check out their website, but I know she is very, very involved with them as well.

She does a lot of really fantastic work for both CLRG and ASP.

And we both have gotten to work together to do a lot to train up people who are certified mental performance consultants working in high level capacities and bring them into the world of performing arts.

So that has been really, really pretty cool, pretty special.
