You know, so I should just state like when I learned about lifestyle medicine back in the day when I attended that conference, I got to meet Dr. Beth Brady's and wanted to start a lifestyle medicine based survivorship program for women with breast cancer because I saw there was a need for this.

There really wasn't anything like that, certainly in the Boston area.

And that's sort of what led to the development of the paving program, which I started with Dr. Brady's back in pre-COVID 2019.

And as Dr. Tollefson noted, we transitioned to a virtual program in 2020, and it does remain that way at this time, and it continues to grow.
