Um, what was the cause of the foreclosure? HouseCanary said it did 18 months of work for Amrock, and that Amrock refused to pay and sued HouseCanary for breach of contract, calling its products completely unusable.

HouseCanary countered sued, claiming Amrock lied about what it wanted, uh, and used HouseCanary's systems to get its formulas, algorithms, and data so Amrock could build its own property analytics software.

So a Texas jury ordered Amrock to pay HouseCanary more than $706 million, an amount that grew to $740 million.

Appeals threw it out, and then a second jury awarded HouseCanary $175 million, plus $201 million in punitive.

So I guess, I don't know, if I owned HouseCanary and someone gave me, uh, 3.7, $3.8 million...
