In an autonomous organization, you have a more bottom-up approach, and this has its advantages and also its downfalls, and the two systems are very different in how they, uh, allow collaboration and contribution.

And we can see that based on Bitcoin and other decentralized cryptocurrencies, then decentralization is very powerful, especially when it's autonomous, not requiring CEOs.
