As many of you know, several months ago, we hosted our first GRIT community unconference in Banning Mills, Georgia, where about 60 of us got together, lived in tree houses, and got together for quite an amazing adventure where we built a conference agenda on our own and all taught and learned together.

I think without realizing it, you have one of the most important things you can get.
