Well, I lived in Chicago for a long time, so we'll have to compare restaurant and neighborhood notes, but I lived in Rogers Park for a long time.

I think U of Chicago, just an Amerispeaks product through NORC, just one of the best in class sort of bipartisan survey instruments out there.

So when we're thinking about reaching audiences or oversampling Republicans, for example, and learning more about conservative views in particular, They're a really great neutral choice.

So we chose that survey instrument because of the neutrality.

There's a huge, huge range, and it has everything to do with data quality.

If you wanted to spend the most amount possible on a poll of Americans, you would be doing what's called probability sampling, where what's happening, this, this is a group called AmeriSpeaks, NORC, connected to the U of Chicago and other, uh, universities.

They're actually mailing out at random laptops and invitations to participate on a panel to Americans selected at random all across the country and saying, "Will you please participate in our polling?" It's very expensive.

It's very slow, and for some social scientists, it's really worth it to get that granular, that precision in the data, so they're spending as much as $150,000 on a poll.
