Okay, then let's get straight to the fifth article.

Titled, Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy, a Review and Updates for Emergency Physicians, out of the American Journal of Emergency Medicine.

Now, 40% of pregnancy deaths are due in some way to a hypertensive disorder of pregnancy, which is a lot.

If I'm thinking that almost 50% chance that a pregnant patient is going to die on my watch, and it would be because of one of these disorders, then that's something I want to be able to prevent and be comfortable with managing.

And the best part of that paper, which I'll link to, and it's in the American Journal of Emergency Medicine, is that they actually have the ECGs and you can kind of test yourself.

Now I've used the app in beta form and it is incredibly good.

The main help I see with it is what is called STEMI mimics and that is the case where it isn't classic ST elevation like you would see in a typical STEMI.

There is a paper that looks at this and the title of it is Rock Uranium Dosing for Rapid Sequence Intubation, a Retrospective Analysis in ED and ICU Settings.

Published again just recently in the American Journal of Emergency Medicine and the lead author is Cisnat.

So this is a single centre retrospective cohort study from a large American hospital looking primarily at the first past success at intubation on adult patients, both in the emergency department or in the ICU.

and always performed with video laryngoscopy for intubation.
