Uh, I think the other thing that's really important about this paper is really that we're distinguishing between SRT from image-guided SRT and all that's come out about that.

And I think that really we're seeing the cost when we're using image-guided can be as high as 23 times the cost of Mohs in this paper, which has really led major organizations like ASTRO, like ACMS, like at the AAD to raise these concerns around the ultrasound guidance.

And now Medicare LCD that's effective March 2026, I think, ultimately stated that that high resolution ultrasound can no longer be utilized for skin cancer.

That's probably driving a lot of this cost.
