And just, it seemed like things flipped on that question on a dime.

So I'm not even sure to this day, I totally understand it.

What's your take on how competitive markets can support that effort?

Yeah, I mean, it's out of favor these days, but EPSA has all the way back to Waxman Markey supported a price on carbon.

And I know that's not in the short-term future for sure, but I think competitive markets have done a number of things.

The economics around competitive markets have taken old, higher emitting units and retired them.
